is it normal to have some water coming out of the exh? i think this is due to the conbustion right.

I have a question. How d'you think your volvo's clutch? Is it very heavy? Perhaps you could compare with other car you've driven.

Many thanks.

for the water, I was told it shows good (almost complete) combustion occurs, if we write out the chemical equation, ideally combustion will produce H20... but in our car, we deal with hi temp ebvironment...thats why only on first start we got those water drips, it somehow logic to say that the engine is good, combustion almost complete.....but after few minutes, exhaust get hot already, so the water vaporized...

clutch?? driving a proton, i can say volvo clutch is lighter because 240 use hidraulic clutch, thats mean we press on a pump, so the pump will disengage/engage the clutch (as p/steering) but proton use cable, so the clutch plate load is on your feet!! but driving kancil, the clutch is soooo light, small car, small clutch, means light clutch eventhough it dont have hidraulic system... :)

anyway thanks for visiting vol240.blogspot.com good day :)

Have you ever driven an automatic 240? Would you prefer auto than manual?

i have once driven an olldddd 240, actually the car was bad, not so well maintain but AUTO...240 AUTO is good, gear shifting is fast and less jerks felt while changing gears....but I still love MANUAL one, less FC, pickup better, and exercise your hand and leg...ehehehhehe....
